*How do you handle returns/exchanges?
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
There are ONLY EXCHANGES on AFTERPAY PAYMENT PURCHASES, or Store Credit. Customers are responsible for shipping fees.
We offer returns/Exchanges within 14 days from the date of delivery (or desired delivered location) to your home, other address, our stockroom, etc . If it is our error, (error = wrong size shipped or damaged) we will pay for shipping back to us. Please advise us of the error/damage no later than the next day of receving your order via email. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, & original shipping costs is not refundable. Buyer will also incur a 15% restocking fee.
All Returns must be unworn in same new condition as received. All returns are mailed via USPS to:BE CHIC NEW YORK RETURNS

Exchanges are based on availability of stock, and buyer pays all shipping fees on exchanges. Please follow these steps:
- Find the item you wish to exchange for.
- Purchase it like a brand new order, checkout & PAY for it immediately.
- You will receive a new order number for the new purchase.
- Follow the return policy to return your unwanted items.
- Please write "Exchange" on the packing slip.
- You will be charge shipping fees for the exchanged item.
*Clearance & Final Sale items or any items $20 or Less are not returnable, exhangable or refundable.
