How do I track my order?  Once your order is processed, we will send you a confirmation by email. Following the first email, you will receive a second email with your shipping tracking information (once shipping is prepared).

How do I check the status of my order?
To check your shipping status, simply copy and paste the tracking number in the courier service "tracking" search box and click the search icon to view the status.  However, All pre-orders & back-orders shipping/tracking information will take a little longer, as pre-orders take up to two to three weeks to ship.

When will I receive my tracking information?
Most tracking numbers are provided once your order is prepared to ship via courier. 


How long does it take to receive an order?  Processing takes up to 24 hrs. Shipping time is 3 - 5 business days in the USA. International shipping varies based on destination. Typically, 5 -15 business days for international.  If your order is placed on the weekend (Saturday or Sunday), it will not be processed until the next business day/ Monday.

What shipping carrier do you use?  Our standard shipping or express shipping is handled by USPS or UPS within the United States.

Do you offer expedited shipping?  Yes we do, only for USA Location.  The costs is $45.00.

How do you handle returns/exchanges?  Returns are accepted10 business days from your delivery date. If it is our error, then we will pay for shipping back to us. Otherwise, you/the customer are responsible for the shipping costs and restocking fee of $9.00. 

All Exchanges are based on availability of stock. If the item you wish to exchange is available, please order it before shipping the original item back to us.  If you wait to order the item, once your returned is shipped to us- the item may no longer be available.  Your refund will be issued to you once the item/order is returned to us in the original condition you received it.

Are your products brand new?  Yes, OF COURSE! Everything we sell on our website are brand new products. All items have new tags attached, and never worn. We do NOT sell second hand clothing, shoes or accessories.
What is the quality of your product?  Our products are boutique quality



Unfortuantely, we cannot be responsible for any orders/packages lost or stolen. Or if you provided an incorrect shipping address in your order.  For any of these issues, please file your claim with the shipping/courier service.  All items are insured by our couriers shipping service for the value of the item.
